Weight Watchers

I started back to WW again. I have been really, really bad the past 2 months, so Monday I went back on the diet and tonight I went back to class. I've decided not to beat myself up over what I've done, but instead to just pick myself up and start over! So no pity from me or for me. I know what I've done and I know what I have to do and that's what I gonna concentrate on, the present and future and not the past.

Anyone, want to join me?

  1. Bravo for getting back to it! The holidays are killers for trying to eat right. I also want to say thanks for what you do...my husband was in law enforcement before seminary and the mission field and I so admire what you all do for our communities.

Thanks also for your thoughtful comment on my blog. It means alot because that was a very personal post and was hard for me to share!

  3. I, too am on a weight loss journey. My mom has had great results with WW. I've considered it but living in Portugal,I'm just not sure how it all works. I guess I need to get online and check it out.

I'll pray for you during this hard time for us both!!
