Monday Randomness

Mondays seem to be a day of this and that for me.

*Hubby and KLS just left for Kentucky. They are going to Pastor's Fellowship. It's a conference for Church of God Pastors and it's pretty awesome. I went a few years ago with hubby and the experience was wonderful. I'm so excited that KLS is going this year. She really feels God calling her into the ministry and I think this will be so good for her. To see so many pastors (lay people can attend also, but it's mostly pastors) worshipping Christ together is just such an unbelievable experience. I pray God will really reveal Himself to her even more these next two days and give Hubby a fresh infilling also. I think we all need a chance to refuel from time to time, don't you?

*KJS and I will be carrying on with life here at home, work and school while they are gone. Although, if plans go the way I hope, we'll be going out for dinner tonight and also do a little shopping together. And let me tell you, that girl can shop!!!!!

*Tomorrow night is the last session of our Ladies Bible Study on Beth Moore's Esther Study. This has been a really great time together. We've learned so much. We've had laughter and tears, we've grown in the Lord and in our relationships together. I have loved this and am sad to see it end. I highly recommend this study to any woman because "it's tough being a woman" and this gives us some insight into how to deal with those tough things.

I love this time of year. While I'm sitting here typing this, I have the bedroom window open and I'm listening to the birds singing. I love to hear them in the morning. You can almost imagine they are singing praises to God!

Sing to the LORD, for he has done wonderful things. Make known his praise around the world. Isaiah 12:5

Have a great day everyone!!

  3. I hope you enjoy your time tonight. I almost bought that Beth Moore Esther study today but had three other books I wanted to get and thought I would wait until later to get that one. In fact today my Bible verse in my mailbox was "Who Knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this? Esther 4:14 I am not sure if I ever gave Esther a second look before, will do it now. Okay I just went off on a tangent, sorry. Have a great night!
