SkyWatch Friday

I took these pictures a couple of weeks ago. I thought these birds on the wires were funny!

  2. I really like the first photo. The cloud on the bottom left looks almost like a snail.

  4. Great shots, Cathy, I love the cloudy skies, too! And we get birds on our wires like that, too, and it is pretty funny -- looks as though they're having a serious meeting!

    Have a great weekend!

  6. Love the clouds. The birds are cool also. We usually get mourning doves sitting on out lines like that. Wouldn't it be neat to have the advantage of their view?

  8. Girl I could look at hour sky pictures forever. I adore God's paintings. Great job. Those birds are hilarious. I am always in awe of the things they do & how so many of them are always together doing the same thing.

  9. Good Friday Morning to you, Cathy!
I always look for shapes in the clouds... In the first picture I see a giant lumpy caterpillar -cloud on the left (see its antennae)?
The birds below... how funny is it when they do that? I almost go off the road when the birds swoosh and swish through the air ... then alight on wires!
"Maria's driving near by" should be on everyone's GPS... LOL
    have a wonderful weekend! ~Maria

  10. Birds in the sky just as they should be. Demonstrates that one doesn't have to be flying to be there, just to get there.
