Wonderful Morning

Well, we have more snow this morning. The girls have a 2 hour delay for school. Tracy is already up and gone. He had a hospital visit this morning. A church member is having surgery and he wanted to be with them for prayer beforehand.

It's been a good morning even with the snow. God woke me up for my Bible study and that's finished and was good. Then I had time to finish the book I've been reading. And that was very good. You'll hear more about that real soon as I'll be doing a review here this week on it.  It's just been a good and relaxing morning.  Time to pray and be with God, time for reading and breakfast.  Most mornings are so rushed, but this was wonderful.

But now I guess I need to go get ready for work and quit putting it off.

Have a great day everyone!!

  2. It's so beautiful! I'm glad I don't have to deal with it all the time, but I wish we'd get a few inches occasionally!

  4. Nice...

If God chose to put me in a cold weather climate where there was snow for more than one day a year, I would be such a slug (unless I was in a ski town, lol)! It would be the ultimate in cozy to wake up every day to snow on the ground.

Instead, I had 65 yesterday with the chance of snow on Saturday...ah, winter in the South!

    Have a great day, Cathy!

  6. Good afternoon, Cathy~

We are having flurries here as I write this. WOO HOO! We have nothing on the ground now but are expected to have a "significant" snow fall Friday and Saturday. I CAN'T WAIT! :> )

I am so glad that you had a wonderful morning. Spending time with our Heavenly Father first thing in the morning just sets the tone for the whole day!

I hope you have a great day too, my friend!

    Blessings~

Glad your day has gotten off to such a good start. I'm feeling slow today, but picking up speed as the day progresses.

  8. 'Enjoy' your snow. It looks very pretty. We are glad ours has gone now. We had it for about 4 weeks which was very unusual.
