Times of Testing

This has been a time of testing in our life this last few weeks. But God is faithful and helping us. He is teaching me plenty and I'm trying to listen and learn. He has given us scriptures to hold on to and I believe in time these issues will be resolved. In the mean time I plan to stay on my knees before the Lord and in His Word trying to hear what He's telling me. Thank you for being patient with my absence this week and my plans are to be back real soon. Your prayers on behalf of my family would be greatly appreciated.

My friend sent me an encouraging e-mail earlier this week telling me to just keep breathing. She said sometimes that's the hardest thing to do. She's right...but when I get upset, that's what I remember, just keep breathing and God will see you through.

I'll be back soon...Lord willing.

  6. Funny that was what my post was about on the Five moms Friday. My husband told me just to breath. Somedays that is all you can do. Just breath.
    Hugs and prayers.

  8. 1 Peter 4:12-13 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

I'm praying that the 'exceeding joy' will come quick! Praying for both you and your family. Hang in there! God sees the beginning from the end and will bring you through this trial stronger than ever. I know it's not easy, but joy's coming!

If we can help you, let us know how.

  10. The enemy can press down on us & tell us we cannot breathe. But, we can not only breathe, but walk & not be weary & run & not be faint when we remember that he is defeated! Praying for you sweet friend. Have a blessed Sunday!
