I think 2010 has been the hardest year of my life. But through all the trials, I feel that I am closer to God than I have ever been. I think because of the things we have gone through I've come back over and over to one thing. Do I trust God or not? I've decided I trust Him now and I intend to trust Him forever. Our trials aren't over yet, but I know I can trust Him to continue to stay with me and work things out for the good because I know I am called according to His purpose. And I know if things work out according to His purpose then it's for my good. I may not like it at the time but it will be for my good in the long run.
So my plans for 2011 are to keep on trusting Him and standing on His promises. And as someone else said, "If I can trust Him with my eternity then I can certainly trust Him with my Monday."
