I'm joining in with "A Defined Life" for the Weekend Wrap-up. Why not click the button and join in too.
We had a pretty quiet weekend, but it was a really good weekend. I only took a few pictures, so let's take a quick look.
This was driving home from work Friday night. I just snapped this through the windshield of my car, so don't look too close or you might see my dirty window. |
Beautiful big flower barrel on the streets of my town. They are all up and down the main street of town. |
As we were driving through town on our way back home from errand running, Kerri and I decided to stop and get a Whit's frozen custard. Oh man, this stuff is awesome! |
Kerri with hers in a cup |
Me with a goofy look on my face with my custard on a cone, so I could drive. Hubby was being good and didn't get one, he just stayed i the car. |
Walking back to the car. See the barrels of flowers. |
Another picture of our town. I think we have a pretty little town |
I should have taken a picture of the frozen custard we had last night ... but I was too anxious to dig into it! ha!
ReplyDeleteYou do have a pretty town. ;-)
That is a cute little town!!!
ReplyDeleteThe flavor of that custard... sounds amazing!!!
I agree, you do have a pretty town. Love the flowers that line the sidewalk. Frozen custard sounds good. I wonder if it comes low carb ---probally not :(
ReplyDeleteWe have flowers in boxes on the boardwalk and I love it. Your little town is cute! Glad you had a nice weekend. I spent mine at a camp reunion with old friends. Two late nights and too much fun! God is good : )
ReplyDeleteI would love to have one of those barrell's of flowers on my porch! I love ice cream, but I don't eat sugar anymore :( I haven't had a bit of sugar in 4 months! We had two great church services too. We have a new pastor and I am just thrilled with him! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteKathy,
ReplyDeleteI am joining Stephani from A Defined Life and really enjoyed reading your weekend wrap up. You do have a very lovely town. Any town that has barrell's of flowers displayed on the sidewalks has to be a great town...not to mention the custard.
Would love to cool off with some custard right now!!
