Who Would Have Thought?
During the Country Applefest on Saturday, I met this sweet little girl. She is a 15 month old alpaca and she is adorable. Her name is Mystere and she will be fully grown at 2 years old.
She let me pet her and she is so very, very soft. I bet their fleece would make wonderful sweaters. Who would have ever thought I'd meet an alpaca?

ReplyDeleteAren't alpacs just precious? We live fairly close to an alpaca farm and paid it a visit about a year or so ago. Adorable creatures!
ReplyDeleteSo during the applefest, you just ran into an alpaca walking down the hallway? :) So cute, and I know they are soft. Do they spit like llamas? She doesn't look like she would do that. She looks like a sweetheart. :)

ReplyDeleteThey said her mother is rather large, but I don't know how big she'll get. She is 15 months and will be full grown about 24 months.
