If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9

Porch Chattin'

Everyday Ruralty

Do you enjoy grocery shopping?
No, I do not enjoy grocery shopping.

Are you following any particular news stories?
No, not really at the moment.

How do you feel about all of the technology we have today? Is it too much, just right, or not enough?
I love the technology.  It amazes me how much technology has advanced just in my lifetime.

On a scale of 1-10(1 being the least) how much do you worry?
Depends on what I'm worrying about.  However, I really try not to worry.  I know it's a sin and God really wants us just to trust Him.  And I try.

Without any of your responsibilities or concern with how you would accomplish this, what would your three dream jobs be?
Retirement, Retirement, Retirement.  :)  I've always wanted to work in a book store or library would be one.  Another, I used to want to be an eye doctor.  And how about an astronaut?  I love anything to do with space.  Rather an eclectic bunch.  But really retirement is what I want for this point in my life.  But while I'm retired, I would love to live in Florida during the winter and do this part-time.

I want to be the Fairy Godmother at Walt Disney World!

  1. I could never be a Fairy Godmother, but think that it would be really cool to have one. :)

Worrying is a sin, I know. But it is sure hard not to when it seems that everything is crashing down around you. Like you, I'm trying not to worry.

    Have a great week!

  3. We visited Walt Disney World in Florida a back in 2011. The first autograph I got was from the Fairy God Mother. I embarrassed our daughter so much, with my running all over Disney collecting autographs like a 6 year old. Once you get into the habit of not worrying it's easy. Have a blessed week :O)

  7. I visited Disney World back in 1989, and it was way expensive back then. I can only imagine what it costs now.
