If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Friday Fragments

Unknown Mami
It's been awhile, but I thought I'd join in with Friday Fragments today.  Click the button above and you can join in too.

*    Can I just say, I am so glad I decided to get my hair cut. It is so easy to take care of and I really like it this length.

*   Hubby and I are planning a trip to Myrtle Beach in November (yes I know it will be colder then). We are looking for some ideas of things in the area to do in the off-season. Mostly we are wanting to just enjoy the ocean (oceanfront room) and beach, but would also like some day-trips in the area. Like we are planning to go to the Aquarium and to some of the shopping areas they have. We'd be willing to go as far as Charleston to the south and we probably will. Looking for anything that we could do in one day's time in or around the city of Myrtle Beach. Any ideas?

Have a great weekend everyone!

  2. As much as I love the South Carolina coast, we've never been to Myrtle Beach, so I can't help you.

  3. Loads to do here in Charleston! I have a good friend who lives in Myrtle- I can ask her for advice and get back to you! Here in Charleston you can spend a day just walking downtown. LOADS of history and great shops. You should see Waterfront Park and the Market. We like to eat at Fleet Landing but there are TONS of delicious places for food. You can talk walking tours or carriage tours or both! There are plantation tours as well- Drayton Hall, Magnolia Gardens, Boone Hall...

  7. A trip to the beach, ANY time of year is good!!! That's why my dear husband and I decided to 'wing it' and live on the coast even tho there is always the threat of hurricanes this time of year. An ocean view would be all I'd ask for.

Like the length of your hair cut. It's framing your face nicely!!

  9. Oh we love SC and MB. There is an awesome ice cream place on the main blvd that make their waffle cones. We hit that up ever time we go there. If you love seafood, our favorite (thought pricy) seafood buffet is Benjamin's Calabash Buffet. The kids got pretty grossed out at the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum thing.

  11. Cute haircut! I have no tips for MB, but aren't there shows there? We lived in SC for 9 years; I only went to MB once for a conference & our boys have NEVER been.

  13. It's been awhile since I went to Myrtle Beach, but Boardwalk at the Beach is good for shopping and wandering no matter what time of year.

Love the new hair. I always let mine grow so I can keep in back in the summer, but you've reminded me to schedule my fall cut with my hairdresser!
