1. September is National Library Card month - when was the last time you checked a book out of the library?
It's been awhile since I've checked out a regular book from the library.  However, I check-out audio books online from the library all the time.  I currently have 2 right now.  I listen to them at work while doing paperwork.  It really helps pass the time.

2. What are you most looking forward to about autumn?
Cooler temperatures and beautiful fall colors.

3. Has the word Christmas entered your vocabulary yet?
Actually, my husband mentioned Christmas in his morning sermon yesterday and how it was almost upon us again.

4. Do you care that Football season is starting? Who is your team?
No, I don't care because I have never understood the game of football at all.  I guess if I was going to care, the Cincinnati Bengals would be my team since we live close to Cincinnati.

Here's my question for you:  Which do you prefer and why...a minivan or a SUV?
We are debating which one to get but leaning towards a minivan.

  1. We've had both mini vans and SUV's in the past, and have found that we prefer a mini van, mainly because it has more of a 'car feel'. SUV's tend to feel a bit more like a truck.

We're currently looking at mini vans, too, but can't decide what kind we want--and the price tags are astronomical!!! Happy Hunting :)

  2. Neither actually. I don't like 4 door vehicles of any kind, any type of truck or van. I also don't like automatic vehicles. Sport cars or something very close to it my style.

  3. I am a big fan of audio books too. They are great for listening to in the car going back and forth to work.

  4. I've owned both and prefer an SUV. I'm just not a 'mini-van mom' type.

  5. The next big car that I would like is the Yukon Denali, so I guess an SUV. However, I have way more experience driving minivans. My most favorite vehicle to drive ever is my little Ford Fiesta. I can turn it on a dime and get out of places where even the smallest of minivans would get stuck. It is great and fuel efficient and all that I need for the moment.

    Have a great week!

  6. I always love the fall colors. Hard to believe that fall is almost here.

  7. Oh, I am more than ready for the arrival of fall...it's been a long, HOT summer! Can you believe that Christmas is a little over 3 months away? Just doesn't seem possible! I don't even have my summer wardrobe completed yet! ;)

  8. I need a car that will accommodate our 4 grands ... one of whom is still in a booster seat and another still in a car seat. While I prefer an SUV, we just couldn't justify the cost of one that would seat 6 ... sticker price or gas mileage. So I drive a mini van.

I'm not a football fan either ... baseball or hockey are the two sports I follow. ;-)
