Thankful Thursday

Rebecca Jo at Knit by God's Hand is hosting a new meme called Thankful Thursday where we share things we are thankful for.   If you'd like to join in and share your thanks also, you can click here to get to her site.

I have so many things to be thankful for and here are a few I'll share.  This week I think I'll do it mostly with pictures.

One of my favorite ways to relax. Lucy sleeping on the foot rest of my recliner, watching TV, and knitting.

New house shoes.

A new Vera Bradley  blanket given to me by my girls.
The fact that when it feels like -9 outside I have a nice warm house to live in. God really has blessed us.

Another completed hat.  I was planning to put this in my Etsy shop, but I love the colors and I think I may keep this one for myself.  I just started working on a matching scarf last night.
A nice hot cup of hot white chocolate.  Yummy!  Especially when I went into work this morning and the heat was out in my part of the building.  It was 57 degrees.
I'm thankful for this little smiling electric heater too.  It helped with the cold office too.  Thankfully, the heat is working again and all is good again.

I'm also very thankful for a blogging buddy who encourages me to be thankful by hosting this Thankful Thursday Meme.  Thanks Rebecca Jo!  So now, what are you thankful for?

  6. All good things, all blessings. I am thankful for a warm house in this cold winter. I am thankful for forgiveness. I am thankful for our furry friends who live with us and make life even a bit nicer. That would be cat and dogs, not mice, btw. Just in case anyone's wondering. :-)
