I'm thankful for the following things that are not in any particular order, except for just how my mind works.
* Netflix - I've been enjoying watching some old shows with hubby and watching Gilmore Girls for me. I also enjoying catching movies there from time to time.
* Google - I love being able to search for anything I want to know and being able to find the answers most of the time. Like for example...I couldn't remember the name of the show Gilmore Girls, so I did a search for "the old mother daughter show where the daughters name is Rory". And it worked!! Who knew? lol
* Patsy Clairmont's book "Catching Fireflies - I just got this book on my Kindle from our library. I just started it, but already I can tell it's going to be good. Have you ever thought about the fact that God's first recorded words are, "Let there be light." And then about the fact that His son, Jesus, is the Light of the World. I don't know about you, but that makes me happy and makes my mind go in all different directions thinking about it. See that's why I love Christian authors like Patsy Clairmont. They make me think and show me things I've never noticed before.
* My camera phone -- I'm thankful to be able to take pictures at the drop of the hat because I almost always have my phone with me.
* This verse...

What would we do without technology... I love I can find out anything in a second with Google & YES< those easy access camera - makes my photographer heart happy :)

ReplyDeleteGood morning! Well I agree and am thankful too for everything on your list! lol. Netflix is so wonderful. It's pretty much all we watch....i've gotten so used to no commercials and rapid fire going through series. Just finished Gilmore girls a little while ago..loved it! And google has pretty much taught me how to quilt Well everything I know about it anyway, lol. And Patsy's book is at the top of my list! Enjoy the rest of your week!
I've been watching a whole lot of Netflix this summer! The book sounds good...I'm going to check it out! LOVE that verse! Did you post it on IG? If you didn't, someone else did! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great list. That verse ... I need to be reminded of it OFTEN! I thought about the blessing that Google can be yesterday when I was running out of options to try to get the ink out of my dryer. Google to the rescue once again! ha!
