Thankful Thursday

I know it's really late but I still want to be intentionally thankful at least for a couple of things. Things I am thankful for this week:

Hubby making dinner without even being asked. Spaghetti and it was delicious 😋

Spending time with hubby's family on Father's Day. And hubby hearing from both girls. They are so blessed to have a dad like him and we are blessed to have them.

Good weather the last 3 evenings where it cooled down enough to be able to take a really pleasant walk with the dog.

So what are you thankful for this week? Click here to join in.

  1. Thankful for the rain we've had, although we are about ready to say enough! Thankful for a good 4 week check up at the Dr. today after my surgery. Thankful for my family and my Lord. We had spaghetti last night, but I made it. However, my hubby used to do a lot of cooking before I retired. It was wonderful to come home to a hot meal each night! We are both blessed to have good hubbies and families.

    1. We're supposed to have a lot of rain tonight. I'm about tired of it too. So glad you got a good medical report. We are definitely both blessed!!

  3. I agree with Rebecca Jo...it always tastes good when you don't have to make it! My hubby doesn't really cook, but he'll take me out to dinner. That works, too!

  5. A husband making dinner is a Blessing for sure! We're in our rainy season so any break we get from rain and humidity is great!
