Autumn This Or That

1.   Pumpkin Carving or Apple Picking?

Pumpkin.  I really don't do either but I do remember a school trip to the pumpkin patch with my youngest back in the day.

2.   Yankee Candles or Roaring Fireplace?

Both.  I love a good fire in the fireplace, but I don't have a fire place, so I enjoy candles instead and Yankee Candles are my favorite.  I love the scents that smell like you are baking.

3.   Hot Chocolate or Apple Cider?

Hot Chocolate definitely with lots of whipped cream.

4.   Pumpkin Pie or Apple Pie?

Pumpkin with lots of whipped cream.  I happen to like a little pumpkin with my whipped cream.  Are you sensing a trend here.  lol

Thanks for visiting and I hope you are having a great day!

  1. LOL Cathy, I do sense the whipped cream trend. With me it's both the cream and vanilla ice cream. Many Blessings.

  2. The school field trip to the pumpkin patch.

We went to the same pumpkin patch my Girl Scout troop had been to a week earlier.

On the bright side, my friend and I were the first ones out of the corn maze.

    Have a lovely day!

  3. I love the food scented candles! My husband says they are a cruel joke, though. He will come home and think I've made banana bread or cake only to find I didn't. LOL
    Have a blessed day!

  4. LOL! It sounds like you should just consume the whipped cream and skip the beverage - HA HA! I love hot cocoa but with mini marshmallows...YUM!! Have a great day!

  5. Pass the pumpkin pie, please? I LOVE a roaring fireplace … but alas, have none; and wouldn't have a clue how to prepare it. Best to stick with those new-fangled (*smile*) electric fireplaces.

    1. Yep, I can't lay a fire either. Guess it's a good thing we don't have a fireplace.

  6. I love your trend. Whipped cream is a favorite of mine. I sometimes put it in a cup of coffee and definitely on most desserts but especially pumpkin pie. Glad you joined in today!

  10. Great questions this week. I would like to go apple picking. Pumpkins are too heavy! My sister goes to a pumpkin patch with her girlfriend every year and always comes back with a pumpkin for her front step. I love Yankee candles too and hot chocolate. But for the pie you would have to give me a slice of each. There's no choosing between the two. Hope you have a good evening.
