  1. Those birthday balloons are so colorful, I've never seen any like that out in the yard. The girls & grandson look like they are having a lot of fun out & about & taking pictures to share. The taco truck sounds delicious & seems a good thing to have around. I like tacos. Karen

    1. Obviously, we love tacos too and it is very good. I love supporting a local business. I think they had lots of fun as one sister is in Florida and one in Texas and they don't get to be together as often as they like. Fortunately, we all got to get together in March for the wedding, which was awesome for all of us.

    1. You should. It's kind of fun and not too difficult to keep up with. I'm looking forward to a couple years in the future to be able to look back.

Why do hospital visits always just seem to pile on all at once

    1. It seems to me that all kinds of things in life seem to pile up all at once. Man, life is not easy sometimes, but I don't want the alternative yet either. :)

  6. Wow, you had a lot going on. This is a good way to keep track of your activities...a kind of journal/calendar. I should do more of that, however, when you are retired it just seems like so many days are the same, but then when I look back and realize what all we really did, I realize that being retired can be very 'tiring'. LOL. I enjoyed your post. Glad your sister is okay!

  7. There were certainly a lot of hospital visits at the beginning of the month and I'm pleased to hear that all surgeries went well.
Isn't it amazing how much you can fit into one month if you keep a note of what you've done each day?

  8. Busy month. Sounds like your church messages were especially good. We were starting a new series but missed last week as we were out of town. It is about belonging...something I struggle with.
Wonder if your shingles shots made you feel bad? I had the shingles vaccination with the flu vaccination one time and it was not good. Sick for days.
Discovering rainbows is an instant pick-me-up.
