Well the Christmas decorations are all down and put away for another year and our house is pretty much back to normal. How about yours?
I love all the Christmas decorations, but I am always happy to put them away and enjoy just my house again. Although, you may be able to see there are some things I leave out year round. Like my light up houses (although I packed away a lot of my smaller houses) and the doll house and a few other things.
I love normal. Ours was back to normal a few days ago. Feels good. Your house is so pretty. Love all the wood & the wood floors. Beautiful.
ReplyDeletewooohoo isnt it great to be back to normal lol
ReplyDeleteYour home is beautiful and oh-so-cozy-looking and inviting!
ReplyDeleteAwwww NO.. our house is not back together.. the tree is still standing. Maybe tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteWell, all the decorations are down and packed away. I just finished taking down the tree ornaments and all that's left is hubby taking the tree down.
ReplyDeleteNext we have to put all the boxes away so thing'll look better around here!

I agree; it's always a great feeling to have all the Christmas decorations down and put away even though it's hard for me to begin because I absolutely love Christmas. I managed to complete the task this year on the day after Christmas!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!!
How nice to have it all cleaned up! Enjoy it! I have a lot to do still. :(

Glad to see you back! I like getting my house back to normal, too. New Year's day is usually my day for that.
ReplyDeleteI like the snowflakes on your blog, too.
Define normal...
ReplyDeleteOur tree will come down today. I really like the lights at night and I would almost keep a small, pre-lit tree up all year but my husband would stage a revolt.
Nice to visit your neat house.
ReplyDeleteI'm not the best housekeeper, so the cleanup will be stretched out over days (weeks?). My method, a little each day, UNLESS someone is coming over ;)
