We had a really nice weekend. On Friday we went to lunch with Tracy's mom and Kerri and Colton went along. We had lunch at Fazoli's and while it was good, I believe we all enjoyed the company and conversation more than the meal. Great Grandma so enjoyed being with our Grandson and I think he enjoyed her too. Unfortunately, not a one of us thought to take a picture. I really hate that too, but that's life.
Then on Saturday, Kerri dropped Colton off at our house in the early evening and we had such a fun night together, playing and talking and watching a little TV while eating popcorn and then Colton fell asleep in the recliner in the livingroom and we all slept in the livingroom in chairs and it was good!
And this is the only picture we took of him all evening. |
Here is this Sunday's sermon...scripture reference in Hebrews.
Thanks for visiting and I hope you have a great day.

The sleep of the innocent. Hes a cutie. I agree most time the company is better than the food. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteOh to be able to sleep like that again. Thank you Lisa!
DeleteI still think McDonald's breakfasts are the tastiest! So glad y'all had a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteYes, we think it's pretty good too. Thank you Myra!
DeleteSounds like a nice lunch and yes, it is frustrating when we forget to get photos. Such a sweet photo of Colton. Happy that you did have that time with Colton.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry you didn't get pictures but how fun to have made so many wonderful memories!! xo
ReplyDeleteThank you Terri! We did make many of those.
DeleteSounds like a nice weekend! Happy Monday:)
ReplyDeleteIt was Jennifer. Thank you
DeleteSometimes we are just so busy making memories together that we forget about taking pictures. But the best memories are stored within your hearts...and I know Colton will have sweet memories of his time with his grandparents and great-grandmother as well. So happy you all had that time together! What a blessing!
ReplyDeleteI really do feel blessed! They are coming back up next month for a couple days. Can't wait!
DeleteI'm so glad you had a great weekend with family and especially Colton! I do the same thing...never take pictures these days and think later I should have. I think it might be better to be in the moment with everyone rather than only watching through a lens. My daughter is so guilty of doing that and then editing the photos to show the ideally perfect family and life. We spend lots of nights sleeping in the living room when the kids are here. Good times.
ReplyDeleteWe did get some pictures their first day here, but not many after that.
