I didn't do so well this week. I missed several days. But here's what I do have.
Monday - June 1st. This is my little farm on FarmTown which is a game I've become addicted to on FaceBook. I blogged about that a few days ago.
Wednesday - June 3 It was getting late and I was trying to find a picture to take. KLS was on the computer but ran around the corner and hid when I brought the camera out. She peeked around & this is what I got!!
Saturday - June 6 Our public library - this is one of my most favorite places. I've been coming here since I was a little girl. I love the library!!
Since I missed a couple days, I thought I'd show an extra picture or two. This was Friday night at Kings Island. I love this picture of the moon.
KLS took these 2 pictures tonight while we were visiting my parents. We were inside and the kids were outside and this flew over. They came in and got my camera but didn't say why. This is why. Maybe I should just give her my camera because she really gets some good shots. If you double click these pictures, you can see the people in the gondola!
I love the peeking around the corner picture. That's something my kids would SOOOO do!
ReplyDeleteBut those hot air balloon shots? Great job girls!!!! I'm jealous!
Your library looks like a neat building. That's neat that the kids got to see the hot air balloon, 'cause you certainly don't see those every day. Your Memory Lane post was cute. Amazing the difference a few years makes with kids.
ReplyDeleteso do you live in the town you grew up in?
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to ride in a hot air balloon, but as I get older it seems I get more fearful of heights!!!
I know Kings Island. We use to live in Florence KY. My best friend lives in Cincinnati off of John Gray Road. Her husband is a pastor there. Looks like a fun week.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you!!!
I always laugh because if I ask my son to do the dishes, he moves slower than a snails pace, but bring out a camera and he can sprint out of sight faster than anyone else. LOL
ReplyDeleteGorgeous balloon photos! Very nice.
I'm a library girl too. I'm instilling that in my grandson. The pic of the moon is fabulous. Great job. Blessings, SusanD
ReplyDeleteYour girls must be camera shy. Mine is anything but! She loves having her photo taken and has her entire 22 years. LOL
ReplyDeleteGetting a library card was always THE FIRST THING I'd do whenever we moved. And it's the thing I miss most. Aside from my kids, that is :-) Just looking at the photo of your library causes my eyes to get all teary. I'm anxiously awaiting a care package from my daughter which includes a new book or two (well, used actually but new to me). Can't wait!!!!
Have a great week!
I love your library it looks very grand. Your girls look to be having fun in the log flume and wow that balloon was near. Thanks for sharing great pictures.
