Here are some photographs I took a couple weeks ago in Tennessee. I love little white churches and there are bunches in Tennessee.

Love the old white churches! We attend an old little white church now. It was built in the mid 1800's. Love it. The people are very special there too...there is a wonderful spirit. That's the most important part. Enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful that would be. Yes, the spirit is the most important part. Hope you have a great weekend too.
DeleteCute little churches! Yes sad when once loved buildings are neglected and falling apart like that.
ReplyDeleteYes, it is. Thanks for visiting. Have a great day!
DeleteHi Cathy, Love the church photos and it's so true and sad seeing a building falling apart. Have a blessed day.
ReplyDeleteHi Toni. Thanks for visiting and I hope you have a wonderful day too.
DeleteI love wooden country churches - nice collection
ReplyDeleteWow, thank you for sharing these photos. I love them!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend....
I love the old wooden churches too! These are pretty.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy seeing these white wooden churches that are so different from the stone ones we have in France. Unfortunately some of ours are also in a very poor state of repair and I always find it heartbreaking to see them collapse because they represent more that just walls, as if all the prayers that have been said into them had filled the places with an indelible presence. Wishing you a nice Sunday, Cathy!
ReplyDeleteI love these photos! I like to capture the little churches in the countryside, too!
