Thankful Thursday

Link up here, here, or here

Things I am thankful for today:

**My youngest and her boyfriend are finally over Covid and he's back to work and they both are feeling better, not quite perfect yet, but getting there.

**Hubby made chili last night and I get to have leftovers for lunch today.

**Our mailbox was struck during the night sometime on Tuesday night.  As far as we know, nobody was hurt.  But the mail box and post were destroyed.  The post was split in half  and laying flat on the ground and the mailbox is in pieces.  It was old and looking pretty bad, so we really needed to replace it and had just been putting it off.  I ordered a new one from Lowes on the way into work and then we picked it up after work last night.  It's still in the back of the van as it rained all day yesterday.  Hoping we may be able to put it up tonight depending on the weather.

**Loving the cooler weather and today the rain has stopped.  But I really think fall is here.

**Made reservations over the weekend for our November trip and I'm so looking forward to it.

So what are you thankful for today?  Why not write a post and link up with us?  It's always good to be thankful.

Thanks for visiting and have a blessed day!

  4. Where are you headed in November? Glad the plans have been solidified. We need a getaway desperately but it seems all of our vacations revolve around seeing family.

It is cooler here, too. I am so anxious to wear my cardigans and sweaters and not melt while doing so.

Hallelujah that your kids have recovered from Covid. My brother and his girlfriend have just recovered, too. Will this virus ever go away?
