Celebrating: We got our flower baskets and new flag and old chimes hung on the front porch. Love it.
Grateful for: the vacation to the Smokies we had a couple weeks ago. It was so wonderful.
Weather: Sunny and 85. It's beautiful although maybe a little warmer than I really like.

Are you enjoying the book? I have it on my Kindle, but haven't gotten to it yet. I have loved all the Mitford books, but when I tried to read this one, I got distracted. This is the one about Dooley getting married, right? I like your quote at the end. I try not to get carried away with housework these days!!! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI do like the book so far. It is actually Father Tim's and Cynthia's wedding. Just more detail about all the things that happened. Not what I expected at all, but it's good.
