2. In what way do you 'march to the beat of your own drum'? I'm not really sure of an answer for this.
3. What item that you don't have already, would you most like to own? Any chance of that happening soon? I'm pretty content with what I have, but I'm always up for buying more yarn. lol Actually, I would like to buy either a ukulele or a mountain dulcimer. I love the sounds of both and would love to play one of them, at least. Maybe when I retire, I'll get one because I should have time to practice and learn.
4. March is National Flour Month...are you a baker? Cookies-cakes-or pies...your favorite sweet treat to bake? What's the last non-sweet thing you made that called for flour? No, I don't consider myself a baker. I rarely bake because if I do, I'm going to eat it and that could be a catastrophe. lol
5. There are 31 days in the month of March...where were you and what were you doing when you were 31? I married when I was 31. If you haven't hit that milestone yet, then tell us where you were and what you were doing 31 months ago? (if math is not your thing, that would be August 3, 2018)
6. Insert your own random thought here. In 3 weeks and 2 days we will be getting ready for the wedding. Exciting times coming.
Thanks for visiting
Cathy
Oooh, so exciting!! The wedding is coming up fast. Enjoy every minute. We should get my daughter's photos back maybe even this week as the photographer let us know he'd received the film scans. I can't wait to relive it all in pictures. I will look forward to seeing yours too : )
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see your wedding pictures. Yes, it's coming up quickly.
DeleteOh a wedding approaching at break neck speed! Hope it's filled with joy and everything goes smoothly! Happy March to you.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much.
DeleteYou must be so excited for the wedding. I was 19 when I got married and there is a picture of me at my most recent post. I am behind but wanted to do a little visiting.
ReplyDeleteThe drum thing means that you march at your beat and not the beat of the rest. Enjoy the rest of your week.
It's is exciting and I'm looking forward to the trip too. Thank you
DeleteExciting times, indeed! I'm just like you about making/keeping certain foods around. Out of sight, out of mind ... but not just laying there, saying "eat me"!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely can't leave them at my house!
DeleteUnder a month - can you believe it!!!!
ReplyDeleteTime has flown since they got engaged. I think she's starting to feel that a bit too as she still has some things to do. I'm hoping she won't let it overwhelm her. She's doing really well so far.
DeleteYarn--Yes!!! And I'd say yes to the ukulele, too! I always wanted to learn to play.
ReplyDeleteYay for the upcoming wedding!
I love yarn.
DeleteI didn't have an answer for #2 either and I read #1 wrong. I thought we were supposed to pick a lion for our weather. Yes, definitely buy one when you retire, or buy both! How exciting. Have a wonderful time. Weddings are so awesome.
ReplyDeleteThank you Debby
Deleteso happy for the upcoming wedding! I know you are all getting excited about it. Praying you will have a wonderful trip, weather, and a beautiful wedding. I hope you do take up the ukulele or the dulcimer. I love the dulcimer and wish I could play it, but I will be content to listen to it. Let us know when you get yours and start playing!!
ReplyDeleteOkay, if I do it, I'm sure I'll write about it.
